DC Zoo

It's been a while since I've been here but a bunch of friends and I went to the Zoo in DC on September 20th. We saw the Panda's...that was awesome. We took the DC Metro down and back. It was a fun little adventure. Pics below!

This is Sara Foote striking a pose after some navigating of the subway card machines.

Dan, Ryan and Lauren Pierce on a fun little escalator ride.

The boys walking away as they go on a quest for food. The ladies stayed behind fully aware of the hopelessness of that quest.

The Zoo!

Look! It's George!

Don't ask!

She wasn' happy about me taking her pic.

Yay! Best part of this zoo...or any zoo for that matter.

The Panda's were right up against the glass. Awesome!

This guy was standing soooooo close.

He looked alittle sad! :O(

The crew.. with Jacki in the lead!

Night at the Harbor

On August the 4th, Ryan, Dan Jay and I all went to the Harbor. It was just me and the boys. We walked around the Harbar and even walked forever in federal hill to get to Ryan's car. Yay! Summer of Jenn!

Me waiting for the boys to get there.

Super Twins!

We caught some really funny guys dancing to this band...hilarious!

The Melting Pot

Well, there were a select few of us that had the chance to go to the Melting Pot on Saturday, July the 28th. It was so much fun and we were there for 4 hours. It was crazy! We talked and dipped and they even gave me a candle in a Cheesecake for my birthday! Ummm...it wasn't my birthday. Scott...what a trouble maker.

Scooty McGooty and Killer Miller!

We randomly ran into JR and Kristen there! What fun!

National Aquarium in Baltimore

Soooo....Cassie and I went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore on Thursday the 19th of July. It was very educational and we took it very seriously! Alot was learned and accomplished...take a look!

We learned that I can't take photos with one hand.

We flirted with the aquatic life.

We learned that air rises in water and no matter what we may think, people can still see us if we hide behind transparent tubes of water.

We learned that Starfish, in-fact, do NOT wear floral shorts like Patrick does in the Spunge Bob cartoon.

We learned that fish can resemble old men! Hee Hee

We learned that, unlike humans, if an exotic female bird picks through the feathers of an exotic male bird...he does not through up his wings an yell "mind your business devil woman"

This bird taught us nothing!

Um... these fish taught us nothing.

We found out that sharks made of plywood will NOT actually attack you. Man, was that embarassing to find out...especially after we ran screaming out of the shark tank area.

Oh yeah, and did you know that no matter how hard you try and wrestle a plywood shark to the ground...they don't move. Phewww!

Um...found out that if you crop the arms out of a picture it looks completely different than what it was originally supposed to.

Learned these guys aren't easily amused.

Found out that being a fish is harder than it looks! Looking like one is, however, easier than it looks.

We made friends with a frog...well, a picture of a frog.

We went to the dolphin show! We learned that if you sit five rows back you don't get splashed with water...oh yeah and dolphins are awesome.
